If your contractual partner was unable to resolve your issue, the SCHOCK service team will be happy to help. Please submit your proof of purchase, the product serial number, and clear photos of the product to enable quick processing. The product serial number can be found on the underside of the sink (it begins with A2...) and on the connection hoses of the faucet.
