The following defects are excluded from our warranty:

• Transport damage (depending on INCOTERM, please see agreement)
• Follow-up costs (such as installation of replacement)
• Defects and damage due to false installation
• Damage due to improper use, e.g. overheated pan on the sink (exceeding 180°)
• Damage due to wrong maintenance/care (Chemical cleaners) or sharp-edged objects.
• Incorrectly drilled or penetrated wholes.
• Use-conditioned scratches or stains
• Normal wear such as scratches, stains, flakes
• Use-conditioned change of the surface (color)
• Damage due to limescale
• Slight color differences compared to color samples and print material (this may occur due to natural ingredients of the sinks)
• Damage due to outdoor use
• Operational mistakes
• Damage due to third party or force majeure (fire and water damage)
• DIY modifications on the sink
